I was chuffed to be invited as a guest on the brilliant Mountain Air Podcast. The podcast interviews a range of amazing guests who work and play in mountain ranges all over the world and have inspiring stories to tell. It was my first podcast interview so I was pretty nervous but it was great fun chatting with the host, Dan Aspel. We talked about mountain and travel adventures, mountain medicine and how I combine being an expedition doctor with my NHS work.
